My background includes a Master’s Degree in Psychology, professional training in esthetics and fitness, and extensive experience in therapeutic bodywork and wellness services. This unique combination allows me to understand not only my clients’ physical needs, but also the connection between stress, lifestyle, emotional well-being, and overall health.

My approach combines therapeutic massage, assisted stretching, facial rejuvenation, lymphatic support, recovery techniques, and wellness therapies tailored to each client’s individual goals and needs.

How long does a facial cleansing session last? What stages does it include?
Nicole:
The facial cleansing procedure consists of several sequential stages and lasts 90 minutes. First, I will cleanse your face to remove any makeup and cream residue, preparing your skin for the comedones extraction. This extraction will be done using a combination of mechanical methods and an ultrasonic scrubber. After that, I will apply an alginate mask to your face. While the mask is working, I will provide a relaxing massage for your hands, feet, and neck-shoulder area. This step-by-step process ensures a thorough and effective treatment.
When does the skin start peeling after a facial peel?
Nicole:
Answer: For example, if we do a peel on Monday, your face will look radiant and youthful on Tuesday. By Wednesday, you may begin to notice some peeling. On Thursday, the peeling process is usually more pronounced and may continue until it is mostly complete. By Friday, your skin should appear renewed and slightly pink, as it is new skin. By Saturday, most people look normal again. The skin renewal process after a retinoic peel typically takes 5-7 days. After each procedure, you will notice fewer wrinkles and less hyperpigmentation. After 4-6 sessions, your skin will look significantly younger and healthier.

All the massages I offer are signature treatments, uniquely created and performed by me. This includes my facial lifting massage, which can include buccal massage upon request, as well as a comprehensive full body massage featuring deep tissue techniques and stretching, all delivered in a painless, gentle, and eco-friendly manner.
